Their Day in the Yard is co-sponsoring this April 12, 2012 event at Harvard Law School: “Dale Carpenter: “Flagrant Conduct: The Story of Lawrence v. Texas” with the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute at Harvard Law School and HLS Lamda.
Harvard’s Secret Court was cited in this important court case: “Harvard University also mounted secret but systematic efforts to root out gay people.” Harvard will undoubted be referenced in many more landmark cases–one of reasons that it’s very important for them to set good examples and right their wrongs.
We hope that Harvard will someday be known as an institution that gave justice to the victims of the Harvard Secret Court–not one that is known for persecuting its students.
